HRish Podcast

Built from the ground up, HRish grew from an idea into a podcast that generated over Β£250k in revenue.

HRish was created to explore the topics that shape our working lives, both inside and outside of traditional HR. While the podcast covers workplace issues such as leadership, culture and employee relations, the β€œish” was intentionally designed to broaden the conversation and create space for topics including mental health, wellbeing, menopause, sleep, relationships and personal growth.

Hosted by Amanda Chadwick, the series brings together a diverse range of voices, from HR professionals and business leaders to doctors, public figures and individuals sharing powerful experiences.

The goal was to create honest, relatable conversations that connect people on a human level, while still relating back to the workplace.

HRish was designed to feel approachable, relatable and human - creating conversations that people wanted to listen to, rather than just another business podcast.

Branding & Identity

HRish was designed to feel professional without feeling corporate. I developed the name, visual identity and overall brand direction, creating a flexible identity that could support conversations ranging from leadership and workplace culture to mental health and personal development.

The β€œish” was intentionally chosen to broaden the scope beyond traditional HR topics while maintaining a clear connection to the workplace. I also worked with the legal team to coordinate the trademark application for the HRish name.
